Elise is the current President of the Victorian Christian Legal Society and has a background in Workplace Relations and Employment Law. She has written articles published in the LexisNexis Employment Law Bulletin and was recognised in the 2025 Doyles Guide as one 10 future leading lawyers in the area of Employment & WHS Law. 

Elise is passionate about building strong communities and creating meaningful connections between people. She currently works in a Community Engagement role within the co-working business.
